Timothy C. Nies

Timothy is an experienced litigator.


Before joining our firm, Timothy was a senior casualty attorney for Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin, the largest insurance defense firm in the United States and for Wicker, Smith, O'Hara, McCoy, Graham & Ford, one of the largest insurance defense firms in Florida.  In these capacities, Timothy has litigated multiple cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. Timothy's unique and valuable experience in defense litigation, and from years of working for insurance companies, puts him in an excellent position to now litigate cases against large insurance companies and national corporations.

Timothy is a resident of Deerfield Beach, a graduate of Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center and a former U.S. Army Ranger.
